Job Description

2nd Shift Injection Molding Supervisor – Plastics Injection Molded Products Mfg - $70-80K - Job Duties: Supervising operational activities and personnel during the second shift; Interpreting and enforcing all company policies, programs, regulations, and safety rules; Achieving safety, quality, and productivity goals; Leading production employees in continuous improvement activities; Training and developing manufacturing personnel to properly utilize all equipment and tools; Directing personnel to maintain product quality and meet customer requirements; Correcting, maintaining and enforcing all necessary supply inventory levels; Communicating with employees on a daily basis. This is a night shift position. Typically work 4x 12 hour days. Will be managing all night time production and reporting to Plant Manager.

Qualifications

BS degree preferred – 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a plastics molding manufacturing facility; Strong mathematical and measurements abilities, analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills; Knowledgeable in injection molding equipment; Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; Mechanical aptitude is a plus; Ability to work 2nd shift.
