Aluminium Diecasting

Aluminum ingots are first melted during the die cast manufacturing process, and the molten metal is then injected under intense pressure into a mould and die set to be cast into the desired geometric shapes. 

We have 25 Diecasting machines ranging from 125T up to 800T.

Our partner, manufactures aluminium die casts at our Factory facility in Johor, primarily to support EMS of box construction goods. We employ the die cast parts, including parts and enclosure, for assembly into a finished product. Moreover, we produce aluminium die cast components for external clients.

Our services ranges from metal stamping, tool and die fabrication, sheet metal fabrication up to silk screen printing.

With our own fully functional secondary equipment, production runs more quickly and more cheaply. Every time a quote for a bespoke plastic injection is requested, the customer will be given extra choices to improve the product's quality and specifications or features, such as adding a secondary process. Ultrasonic welding, robotic spray painting, single- and multicolor printing, silk screening, and job assembly are some of our secondary operations.

Electronic Manufacturing Services

We are an EMS provider with a selection of contract manufacturing services for end-to-end manufacturing services, including the sourcing and procurement of parts and components, production, assembly, testing, packaging, and direct shipment fulfilment. Our manufacturing contracts are primarily turnkey deals where we deliver finished box builds.
